It started with a design consultation, with the Blackdog designer, John, helping us figure out what we wanted, showing us many variations, choosing our materials, cabinets, counters, and designing a new closet in what was wasted space. It was so easy with John guiding us the whole way. Then we had Anthony as our lead carpenter. He was always on time, courteous, and kept our house so clean while the construction was ongoing.

Anthony provided a written daily log (with photos) of what was done. He often double checked even the smallest details to be sure everything was perfect. The subcontractors were just as punctual and great to work with. They also made sure their plans were up to date and that the work was precisely done. Blackdog uses their own subcontractors, so the coordination is done through Blackdog; they trust their people, and it was seamless for us. I cannot say enough about the care taken while every worker was in our house. Our new bathroom came out amazing. We will work with Blackdog again, and we have recommended them to our neighbors."
