Chad Sirois is the Manager of Blackdog’s Home Services division, bringing years of hands-on experience in residential construction. His career in the trades began as a general maintenance technician for a residential development company, where he gained valuable exposure to home repair and upkeep. From there, he worked closely with experienced carpenters, developing a deep understanding of residential building and remodeling.

Over the years, Chad has built a broad skill set, working on everything from flooring and tiling to finish carpentry, kitchen cabinetry, and deck construction. His extensive field experience made him a natural fit for Blackdog’s Home Services team. He joined the company in 2013 as a Service Technician and, through his dedication and expertise, has grown into his current role as  Manager, where he leads the team in delivering high-quality home repair and maintenance solutions.

Chad takes great pride in the work he and his team do, ensuring every project meets Blackdog’s high standards of craftsmanship and customer service.

Outside of work, Chad lives in Hooksett, NH, with his wife, Lissa, and their two children, Kaitlyn and Karli. When he’s not overseeing projects, he enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Heath Kramer joined Blackdog in 2018 as a Lead Technician in our Home Services division, bringing with him a strong background in property maintenance and remodeling. With his expertise and dedication, he later transitioned into the role of Project Specialist, where he now helps homeowners with a wide range of repair and maintenance needs.

Heath’s career began in property management, where he served as the Head of Maintenance and Remodeling for over 700 apartment homes. From there, he ran his own remodeling business, specializing in door and window replacements and bathroom renovations. His deep knowledge of home improvement and commitment to quality craftsmanship make him an invaluable part of the Blackdog team.

What Heath appreciates most about Blackdog is its high standards and strong culture of recognition and growth. He takes pride in working for a company that invests in its employees and promotes from within.

Outside of work, Heath enjoys spending time fishing and exploring the outdoors with his wife and kids—always looking for the next great adventure.

Matt Laflamme is one of our Project Specialists for Blackdog Home Services. He started his career with Blackdog as a Lead Carpenter in our Design/Build division, bringing with him a diverse background in construction and remodeling.

A Litchfield, NH native, Matt earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Safety from Keene State College. His career has taken him from the shores of Block Island, where he worked as an assistant dock master, to the scenic Lake’s Region, where he spent five years building custom lake homes. Eventually, he found his passion in remodeling and has been dedicated to the craft ever since.

Matt values the strong company culture and camaraderie at Blackdog, calling it the best place he’s ever worked. He takes pride in delivering high-quality work and helping clients enhance their homes through our Home Services division.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family. While being a dad keeps him busy, he still has a love for woodworking, producing electronic music, snowboarding, cliff jumping, and gaming—whenever he can find the time!
