Our Design/Build Process

"A few years back, my wife advised me that she was weary of cleaning snow and ice from her auto before going to work. This request began my association with Black Dog builders. We asked for a garage to be connected to our farmer's porch via a breezeway. Due to code issues, in order to access our propane tanks, the area had to remain open, and the difference in elevations had to be accounted for. Additionally, the emergency generator panel had to be installed next to the new main switch in the garage. We worked with John Nicholson on the design, and were very happy, with photos of the design and final work appearing below.

Needless to say, we are extremely happy with the superb materials and the workmanship. Oh, yes, my wife remains very, very happy. And, of course, she uses the parking spot closest to the house. I’d have it no other way!"
