The project began as the clients were moving into a 1950s-era ranch home that had been in their family. The home was small, cramped, and required an expansion for a growing family.

To remedy this, a second-story addition was added, transforming the ranch into a colonial-style home perfect for a growing family. As more space was required on the second story, a welcoming porch was added to the front of the house.
